Application: Explosion-proof and Flameproof integrated temperature transmitter is composed of temperature sensor and signal converter, signal converter installation within the cold end temperature sensor junction box, the temperature sensor detects the voltage, resistance signal directly into 4 ~ 20 ma output current. The structure is simple, installation, use and maintenance is convenient, it is the new generation temperature detection, control instrument, deeply welcomed by the design person and the user.
1. Two wire transmission. The two wires supplied the signal converter also transmit the output signal.
2. Output constant current signal (4 ~ 20mA). Strong anti-jamming ability and long transmission performance.
3. The signal converter is encapsulated in epoxy resin. It has the advantages of anti-vibration, corrosion resistance and humidity, which can be used in poor conditions.
4. The millivolt signal of thermocouple is converted directly into 4-20ma current output by signal converter and transmitted by ordinary cable, which can eliminate the expensive compensation conductor.
5. The temperature transmitter shown on the spot can output the current signal of 4 ~ 20mA, and can read the measured temperature at the temperature measuring site, which can bring great convenience to the operator.
Taking the flame-proof structure, so when mixed explosive gas inside the explosion proof, intrinsic safe type thermocouple(resistance) temp transmitter shell explodes, the shell will not be destroyed. The resulting heat power moves slowly along the enough connection length of tiny cracks in the shell, so instantaneous temperature of gas to the outside shell is not able to light explosive gas outside, that is to say, it won’t result in an explosion.
