Generally, the fluid measured by electromagnetic flowmeter contains some bubbles. If the bubbles are evenly distributed, they will not affect the measuring product. However, if the bubbles become larger and cover the entire electrode when the electrode is rubbed, the flow signal input circuit will be opened instantly, causing the output signal to shake.

How to determine that the electromagnetic flowmeter error is caused by the bubble in the measuring medium?
When the measurement results are shaken, the current of the excitation circuit of the magnetic field is immediately cut off. If the meter is still displayed and unstable at this time, it is mostly caused by bubble effect.

In determining a lot of bubble is affect the electromagnetic flowmeter measurement result to find relevant solution, if the judge is caused by a large number of bubbles into the liquid installation location, such as electromagnetic flowmeter in piping highs and storage gas inhalation of air flow meter or the outside world shaking, change the installation location is the most effective solution, but a lot of application is large diameter or installation position is not easy to change, the recommendations in the electromagnetic flow meter installed upstream gas collecting bag and exhaust valve, remove excess gas, reduce the influence factors of the result of the measurement, to ensure the accuracy of the measurement.
