Failure of high and low temperature box is unavoidable, because the failure is caused by the improper use of test box except for its own quality. 1. When the equipment is not working, we should check whether there is a problem of power connection, whether there is an excessively low voltage, and whether there is a fault of phase missing, phase disconnection and phase sequence.
2. When the equipment is noisy or has abnormal sound during operation, we should check whether the equipment is placed flat and whether some part of it touches external objects or walls. If not, there may be fan damage, fan and duct plate friction compressor (strong exhaust) fan release or failure, need to carefully check, and then determine the specific cause.
3. The causes of out-of-control humidity (or cannot be set) or 100% humidity display may be that there is no water in the gauze on the humidity sensor or in the humidity tank; Temperature sensor and humidity sensor are reversed. The treatment method is: hanging gauze or pipe dredge after the humidity in the water tank to the gauze; Install the temperature and humidity sensor correctly.
